Debra is the Academic coordinator of TMT. At the age of thirteen she began volunteering at St Joseph’s Children’s home for the chronically ill and was introduced to the Gospel. A year later the Lord began to call Debra to full time ministry. She has been involved with various forms of children’s ministry since 2000. Debra was part of the leadership of the teen youth of Kraaifontein Baptist from 2002 till 2004 where she also ran a drama ministry for kids.

Debra became part of TMT in 2005 and became the librarian and part-time receptionist in the same year. During the course of her studies she was involved in organizing outreaches and was a student leader. After completing her B.Th. degree she joined the TMT staff team as an academic assistant and lecturer. In 2010 she became an Academic Assistant at the South African Theological Seminary, which has enabled her to facilitate their material for TMT. In 2012 she became the Academic Coordinator of TMT and is responsible for all the liaisons with the South African Theological Seminary.
